Description:

The OPC Server for ABB Controllers is an OPC 2.0 compliant server that enables data interchange between the DD-Connect RTXHDB OPC Client and ABB plant networks. The server uses the GCOM protocol to communicate with the ABB system, thus providing access to both Master and MOD-300 plant networks. Please note that the DD-Connect RTXHDB OPC Client only uses the read access function to store data on the RTXHDB historical database and does not use the write access function. The OPC server is self-optimizing and auto-configuring to provide easy, efficient, and reliable data transfer.
