Description:

The OPC Server for Citect is an OPC 2.0 compliant server that enables data interchange between the DD-Connect RTXHDB OPC Client and a Citect HMI system. The server uses ActiveX Data Objects to access variable tags defined within a Citect database. Please note that the DD-Connect RTXHDB OPC Client only uses the read access function to store data on the RTXHDB historical database and does not use the write access function. The OPC server is self-optimizing and auto-configuring to provide easy, efficient, and reliable data transfer.
