Q: What payment options are available to purchase your products?
A: Many payment options are available through our e-commerce partner share-it!. These options include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, check, cash or purchase order, including billing in various currencies. share-it accepts VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Club, Switch, and Solo credit and debit card payments. Typically these are authorized within just a few seconds and then you will receive your product license soon afterward. Also, you can send checks to share-it! offices in the U.S. and Europe as well as wire transfer money to local bank accounts in your country.

Q: What is the price of an update from an older to the current version?
A: As soon as you are registered, (until further notice) all updates are free, provided that you get the latest version yourself by downloading it. This has been the case since version 1.0. Just install the new version over the old one. The only important thing is to keep the license file.

Q: Can we resell OPCHDB to a customer of ours?
A: This is possible, but please note the following points:
1. We need the Company name, Contact name AND e-mail address of the end-user for the license registration.
2. Unfortunately we cannot offer a special reseller discount. Because our prices are calculated for end-users, you must bill your customer directly any additional markups.

Q: Can we make a wire transfer to your bank account?
A: Our online reseller, share-it! accepts bank transfers.

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: Our online reseller, share-it! accepts Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Switch and Solo.

Q: Could you inform us by E-mail about new versions?
A: For this we have created our mailing-list. You don’t have to fear Spam: You can unsubscribe whenever you want. In addition we do NOT send any commercials and we do not give your e-mail address to anybody else.

Q: Do you offer an unlimited site license?
A: No.

Q: Are there any discounts?
A: Yes, this depends on the quantity you order. Please contact sales@realtimeexecutives for further information and a quotation.

Q: Is it possible to register to an imaginary name?
A: Yes, but we would like only full names of individuals or companies/institutions. If we receive a strange or insufficient name, we reserve the right to decline or change it. A valid e-mail address is the most critical part of your order because that is where we send the license code.
